Jessica Kaplan is a New York State licensed physical therapist at Community Care Physical Therapy in Delmar, NY. She earned her doctoral degree in physical therapy from Simmons College in Boston, MA, in 2006. She has spent much of her career working in a variety of settings since 1999 and has been treating specifically in the outpatient setting within the Capital District since 2004. As a former gymnast, she enjoys treating orthopedic and sports injuries as well as working with the geriatric population.
From an early age, Jessica knew she wanted to pursue a career in physical therapy because she had received physical therapy due to a sports injury. Throughout her career, she has learned many different techniques and brings a strong sense of manual orthopedic techniques to our clinic. What she loves most about her job is treating patients and helping them through the healing process. When not working, Jessica enjoys spending time with her family.
